Woke at 208.8, up 2.0 from yesterday. Targeting 1500 calories today, first at a business lunch and then at dinner. Going to continue OMAD and will try to go lower on net carbs. Considering a 3-day water fast instead of the 5-day Fasting Mimicking Diet next weekend. UPDATE: Had a nice cobb salad for lunch and a lot of water during the day. Came home at 211.2, which was a bit puzzling. But I have to remember that I don't take Lasix during the week so I'm not pushing out the water like I do on the weekends. Had a nice dinner of leftover pork roast and cauliflower "potato salad." Then I added a few tablespoons of Halo Top which didn't add many calories but did add 10 extra carbs! Going to have to give that up, too. Waking weight is today's low.
