My wonderful neighbor made me Indian saffron rice tonight for my dinner. It was so good. Just picked a recipe on the net and used it for numbers. Found a container of homemade vegetable beef chili hiding in the freezer so ate it— have no idea what all is in it, but just picked a recipe that sounded reasonable and used it. But it too was really good. Glad Ifound it. Need to clear out the freezer more often. She also brought me a mango lassi for a treat. Probably will have four ounces them discard the rest. But they are sooo good.
