UPDATE: Made it to 5:30 and finally broke down and had an avocado and a piece of the Nordic Nut and Seed bread I baked today. Had chuck roast and cabbage an hour later. Weighed 211.4 before dinner, so the waking weight is today's low by two ounces! Back to work tomorrow, but staying with OMAD.
