Woke at 211.2, up 1.4 from yesterday. I did some late night (early morning) snacking after midnight, including some salted almonds and a few tablespoons of several Halo Top flavors. So I am paying for that a bit. Also, let's not forget the late night bag of BBQ pork rinds! My wedding ring is very tight so that's water retention. But blood ketones at 1.3 millimolar, so I did not jump out of ketosis! Flushing water and coffee today but all out of Lasix so the water I expel will be done naturally. Big roast for dinner, so I'll be hitting the protein later. Happy Sunday! UPDATE: At 2:30 pm, I've been hungry and trying to stay busy to keep my mind off. I have been drinking black coffee (but with a bit of Stevia) and water. I also ate six bitter apricot seeds at noon, which I do twice a day for anti-cancer purposes. My blood ketones just measured .7 mm, which is still in ketosis but a disappointing drop from this morning's reading. Do I need to give up stevia? Or is it just my body using the ketones instead of wasting them? Just poured a 24 ounce glass of water and will hold off until 6 pm to eat.

Hope you get it all worked out. I don't know about the stevia. I tried using one packet last week to do a "cheesecake" recipe that was posted on this site. Took one small bite and threw away the rest. Too sweet and didn't like the texture.
