Day 3 of the cleanse - fruit was delicious this morning! But the protein powder has stevia and the aftertaste is too much for me to handle so today was the last day I will have that. Probably will try to get coconut creamer also to cut down on the nut ingestion.
Got a lot done at my house on my days off and back to work today. I brought my lunch and a snack and almond milk for the coffee I drink all day long.
No exercise planned for today but that could change if my headache goes away. I have to bump up the water intake when I cut down on calories, otherwise I get wicked dehydrated. Woke up with a migraine I was so parched.

Ugghhhh... I hate stevia. I keep Splenda around for occasional use, and I love it. You'll have to pry it from my cold dead hands... LOL 😂

It took me some time to get use to protein powders. I started out using 1/3 of a scoop until I started liking the taste

It is funny how the sweeteners effect everyone differently - Stevia is the only one I like and the others all taste funny to me. It is great we can all make choices and keep on our own WOE.

Gosh, don't get dehydrated. I vasilate from drinking 72oz to 28oz a day. I can sure tell on the scale and my keto sticks. My rule is I drink 14oz water every time I pee. It's hard when I'm away from home. I don't think I'd do very well if I worked.❤
