Kenna Morton's Journal, 13 Apr 18

I made a great quiche a couple of days ago. I wish I had the time and energy to rewrite it so this FS program would accept it.. but the point is that in order to enter it into the log I just pick a similar recipe that already exists although the macros are not completely accurate. Especially in the sodium department. Same thing goes for my home made chicken breakfast sausage. Commercial products are just so very high in sodium. I guess this is not a concern for the ketodieters, but it is certainly should be for people who eat a more conventional diet. I continue to look for a program that is a little bit more user friendly but I think most of them have similar drawbacks.
