Oldest kid at work, youngest with my husband on a jaunt to get "new" used computers. Just me and the cats for supper. Made myself another tasty salad, except I grilled 3 chicken tenders for it. Even shared a little chicken with the kitties. Had a great workout after sitting at my desk balancing the check book and paying bills. Actually ran for 20 of the 30 min on the treadmill and worked my upper body with some and today. Then walked our hill to the mailbox in the quite frosty air. Rain stopped and clouds cleared this afternoon. Hope you all have a good evening, enjoying our later daylight hours!

I sure wish there was an edit button for he journal entries. I don't know what I was trying to say about working my upper body, lol. I used weights and did a few legs at the same time.
