Trying this Kombucha for a little regularity help. This will be my last bottle! Number one, it was $5.50! Number two, it has 7 net carbs PER SERVING! So I just blew 14 net carbs. It had better work!

Let’s hope it does the trick at that carb-cost, Bill.

We used to use vaseline Bon Bons in the old days in the nursing homes. ( Not legal now) Vaseline balls rolled in dutched cocoa powder.

I am intrigued by the Vaseline Bon Bons - I wonder if Coconut oil could be substituted....Hmmmm food for thought...

My sister in law drinks that every morning. She says that it makes her feel like she's losing weight, but to be honest, I don't see it. Was it good?

I've had fat bombs, but my problem is I eat too many of them. I have no self control. Member CrankyBuzzard just posted some on his Instagram and they looked delicious.

Making your own is super easy and the longer you let it ferment, the more sugars get eaten/fermented. Let it sit for two weeks, and I’m pretty sure there won’t be any sugar left at that point, and it’s more potent in probiotics. A gallon of sweet tea and a scoby, you’re good to go.

Hey Bill! Just saw your post and wondered when you were going to try the Kombucha. The one I buy (and it works for me) is GTS Kombucha organic & raw Ginegerade. I admit it tastes like beer with pee in it. Ha Ha! It does work. One serving is half the bottle. I think you may have drank up 2 servings. Less is better as they say. 7 carbs per serving. This really does help me stay regular. I don't drink them everyday but they got me back on track. I get this by the case at Sam's Club and it's cheaper.

Mineral oil works.

Try huel. $1.77 per meal, and its filling and well balanced. Vanilla flavor is bland, so I replace the water with decaf coffee, and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours to thicken to a milkshake consistency. If I’m still hungry after, I just drink a glass of water and wait about 15 minutes, and then I’m full.
