My plan for today is: sleep, eat, repeat. sleep, eat, repeat. sleep, eat, repeat. I AM trying to do better on WHAT I am eating. If I don't eat ANYTHING else for the rest of the day (it's 10:56am now), I will have met all my daily goals except Water (which there is still a chance for) and Fiber. Instead of going back to bed now for the 3rd time, I really SHOULD call the doctor to see about coming in for a meds adjustment. Maybe after the next time I wake up.
