I have a plate of spinach, diced tomato, 1 hard boiled egg, diced chicken and bleu cheese dressing in front of me and I just can't bring myself to eat it. It seems to be more difficult day by day to eat. I'm going to settle for bottled water with added electrolytes. I know I ate enough at lunch to hold me until tomorrow. Just seems like such a big change from a month ago. I used to enjoy food and now it always seems like a chore. I'm not complaining about not desiring food, it is very just strange to me.

You may be deep into ketosis - my appetite seems to fade when I am, but I still do eat my meals. See if things change for you in a few days.
