FOR WEDNESDAY, 2/14 - Total Stats: Fat Percentage: 76%. Net Carbs: 29.35. Dietary Fiber: 30.9. Calories: 1,755. Macros: Carbs 13%, Protein 11%, Fat 76%. Wanted to eat ALL day, and it took some careful plannning to get all that food in without going over on my stats. Now, scale is stuck at 206. Wonder how long that will last! Just started taking Magnesium this morning. Don't know what it is supposed to DO, but several people on the FS site have recommended it. DID do 6 minutes of exercise on my bicycle thingy, and cooked fresh string beans. Need to ball up those Almond-Butter Coconut Balls today, and make some more Creamsicle Fat Bomb Jell-O Dessert Cups (down to just one left). Hope everyone who reads this Journal entry has a WONDERFUL, productive, successful, blessed day! (It amazes me how many people I DON'T know read and support my Journal entries. God bless you all!)
