TODAY's FINAL STATS: Macros: Fat 80%. Carbs 9%. Protein 11%. Calories: 2,141. Net Carbs: 24.38. Dietary Fiber: 20.3. To get my Fiber above 20, I had to add a few Almond Butter Coconut Bites, which moved my Net Carbs up from 20.3. I wasn't even hungry, but I wanted to get that little bit of extra fiber in before weighing tomorrow. (Those homemade little boogers are just 1/2" in diameter, and each one has almost a whole gram of Dietary Fiber (0.9g), 3.25g Fat, 0.77g Net Carbs and 1.57g Protein!) If that doesn't work for weigh-in, maybe if I shave my legs, clean out my ears, and trim my nails, I can drop below this 206.5 I've been stuck at for a week!
