Fat 36.45, Fiber 2.7, Net Carb 11.56, Protein 82.09, Calories 743

I know I'm not where I should be for today, it's just not going to happen. My brain (because of painkillers) is screaming "Eat it all!" my body is saying "Nah, I'm good". I didn't have any food for breakfast and barely got halfway through dinner. Feeling a little run down & I know I need more protein/calories, hopefully tomorrow will be better.
