Yep me too...drink our water... drink our water....been charting in my food intake my water intake ...stay on me brattykitty I'm a slacker with water I still have 16oz to go...lol

Carbonated water actually lowers my craving for beer. Although I do need to drink more water.

My trick is to hydrate first thing the drink a 14 oz glass every time I pee.

Yes water is very important on a daily basis.. keep it up we are all on this journey together

I always bring my ice water to school everyday and after 2 hours the thing is totally empty. Freezing cold water sates my hunger so well!

I had issues with drinking enough water also. That was until one of my "fitness friends" said... "You're doing that wrong," as I chugged my 24 oz bottle. They said drink 8 oz per hour or a bit more if needed and then also have it with food. 12 hours x 8 oz = 96 oz. The another 16 at lunch and dinner brings me to 128 oz and it doesn't make me need to pee every 5 minutes!

I like to drink my water out of my favorite wine glass... it encourages me to drink more 😂

I add 2 T of fresh lemon juice to my Brita and drink it all day.

I make lemon ice cubes and I bought a 30 oz insulated water bottle, I drink 60 oz at work, and easily hit my 64 oz target with morning and evening water. H2O is the way to go!

water water water for the last 5 days and I really feel ok. I am a big sweet tea drinker and quit cold turkey. Have had a slight headache but seems to be subsiding.
