FOR FEBRUARY 1st Entry – MUCH going on in my life. Again, just the facts today: Fiber: 28.1g. Net Carbs: 10.24g. Fat: 126.41g. Exercise, virtually none. I spent over an hour yesterday, and will probably spend another hour today, composing the entry that will follow.
