Woke at 216.6, up .2 from yesterday. Had pretty good success targeting 1650 calories and 25 net carbs per day in November. Achieved mild ketosis a few times. Will try to get the net carbs down to 20 and up the fat a bit. Happy December! UPDATE: Went to the doc for a monthly med drip then came back and ate a huge lunch. Tried coconut flour for the 90 second microwave bread. It does not work as well as almond flour. Won't hold together. Moved a lot of water and bulk today and weighed 214.2 before dinner. I am mad that three small Tyson's Chicken breasts had 6 carbs. So day one of the month and I'm over my 20 net carbs per day goal -- that's processed food for you. More flushing out tomorrow.
