Woke at 212.6, up 1.2 from yesterday. Ketone reading was .6 mm. I am entering mild ketosis. Will fast at least until noon and then see how I feel. UPDATE: Ate a large late morning breakfast of cream cheese and celery then ate a late dinner of turkey "sandwiches" on lettuce with mayo. Lots of black coffee and water. Up to 214.0 before dinner which was an unpleasant surprise. Adding some red wine to help with slimming me back down by morning!

Apple vinegar cider & water. This will help in many ways. One, clean you out. Before you eat (about 30 mintues).
