Woke at 218.8, up 3.0 from yesterday. Too much sodium and not enough water. Working at an off-site meeting today and we are having lunch delivered so no relief there either. UPDATE: Today's off-site meeting offered breakfast and lunch. I bypassed all the donuts and bread and ate bacon and eggs for breakfast and had a nice salad for lunch. Drank some coffee and Coke Zeros, too. Came home at 219.8, so my waking weight is today's low (again!) Ate a lot for dinner and blew out my calorie goal (OK on macros -- 31 net carbs but 11 of those were wine). Desperate times call for desperate measures so I drank three glasses of red wine with dinner hoping for good movement in the morning. Not much exercise to speak of as I took bus, train, and Uber to get to and from to my meeting. Tomorrow is another conference with a continental breakfast (which means coffee only for me) and a four star chef prepared lunch. Life is so hard! :)
