10/27/17 - LATE ENTRY - Woke at 214.4, down 2.6 from yesterday. Going to a doctor's appointment and then will meet my friend Andy to spend a day boating. Will try to make good choices. UPDATE: Had a great day out yesterday but tossed caution to the wind. For one thing, I drank a ton of beer, which I typically avoid. I found the Michelob Ultra, at 2.6 net carb grams, pretty good. But I didn't stop with them. Had a great lunch of blue crabs, which was fine. And then went to a great German restaurant for dinner and enjoyed schnitzel, red cabbage, cheese, sausages, and even a bit of spaetzle. Blew away carb and calorie goals. Will fast on Saturday to recover.
