Phew....what a busy weekend.

Now I am back to work it's time to relax ;)

I really could have done with a day off on Saturday, but apparently I was NEEDED. It's nice to be needed but I am sure they would have coped without me. So I walked my little socks off in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside, got fed at lunchtime and got payed for it too. I really have it bad!!
Was home just after 4pm. LB and I took the woowoos out for their walk.
Made 1/2 pizza each for our dinner: his with dairy cheese, mine with homemade dairy free 'cheddar' sheeze. Yum.
Decided to do my shop that evening as multiple marathons were taking place in the village and in Salisbury and the traffic is just awful then. Was home and unpacked just before 9pm.

Sunday morning, after walking the dogs, we went over to LBs son and helped with building the kitchen. An hour later I had assembled 2 units and cleared all the cardboard and polistyrene out of the conservatory and moved all the assembled units out of the living room.
Back home LB went off to clay pigeon shooting and I did 1/2 hour of yoga and 35 minutes on my elliptical. Cranked it up to level 6 and boy what a difference. I was rather sweaty and red in the face by the end of it.
After a well deserved shower I made another batch of seitan. I have to upt the seasoning from what is used in the recipe as I only get a hind of chilli and garlic. But the texture is very good this time :)
The rest of the afternoon was quiet relaxed. Just another walk with the dogs and some good food and a glass of wine with LB.

I did not record my food over the weekend but I do try to be mindful about what and how much goes into me. There is certainly room for improvement!!
