Hope everyone is having a great holiday weekend 😎. Y'all keep up the great work. Gonna hit 80 here today, so I'm gonna pump some extra water. Remember even though we are heading into fall, water is our friend. I know as it gets cooler it is harder to get the correct amount of our requirements. Hydration plays a key role in our journeys. One of, dare I say...... cornerstones. Remember keep chugging along😉

It's true, I have no problem drinking water in the summer but sometimes have to force myself to drink it in the winter.
