Woke at 218.6, up .6 from yesterday. Targeting 1889 calories today. UPDATE: Well, I did go back to SER Spanish restaurant but only had a salad with grilled salmon today. Jason and Denise picked me up from the bus and we went to Mama Stella's, our favorite restaurant (I've been going since 1983!) We ate way too much with antipasti, salads, and dinner. I had sausage and peppers but replaced the pasta with veggies. But calories approached 2500 for the day so I'll need to adjust over the weekend.
