Woke at 215.4, up 3.8 from yesterday and showing the results of Italian bread. Had fun at the racing event today. Ate deli meat and cheese for lunch but no bread. Ate Mexican on the way home but worked around the carbs (except for a huge margarita), Got a 214.6 weigh in at night. Don't know what we will get in the morning.
