Woke at 211.6, up 1.4 from yesterday. Multiple handfuls of dry roasted nuts will do that! Fasting until noon, then I have a business lunch. Just got an infusion of the meds that made me sick last month so let's see how the weekend goes! UPDATE: Went out for Italian with my co-worker and 15 year friend Beverly. I ate three pieces of Italian bread and some red wine with lunch. Did not lose too much after that although I swapped out pasta for veggies. Ate pork chops for dinner. Got a 211.4 weigh in before bed. Off to the races tomorrow, so will get fed by pals Dale and Ellen, who have already extended the invitation. We will probably do dinner out as we travel back from the event tomorrow night.
