Woke at 213.8, up 1.8 from yesterday despite a really low net carb day. As I feared, going back on my meds has induced additional water retention as it did many months ago. Not going to simply accept this. Targeting 2360 calories today. Have an after hours awards event where I'll likely run into a few congressmen. Want me to pass anything on? :) UPDATE: Ate a good late breakfast of eggs and a late lunch, and then happy hour fare and drinks at the awards ceremony later. Came home at exactly the same weight -- 213.8. Tomorrow was scheduled to be an IF day, but going out on a boat where light beer will be served and then a dinner on the docks.
