FEELING LIKE IM STRUGGLING..good wednesday morning..took off yesterday..no workout of any kind..and ive noticed the days i dont ride my bike/trainer ..them seem to be the days i just cant stop eating..after going to walmart..to get supplies for the week of prepping ahead..came home had my salad..but only ate half of it..wasnt hungry at 10am..even though it had been 4-5 hours since i last ate..so put it back in fridge..around 12 or so..decided to soak up some sun for an hour..came back inside..but stil wasnt hungry..then at 3-5pm..it hit...i couldnt seem to fill my hunger...i had keto muffin, then the rest of the salad i had left over..ate 1/2 oz of chicken..just could not seem to get over the hunger..what i ate was healthy..just couldnt seem to quit eating..an was super tired..at 620..i went to bed..unlike me unless im just super tired..soon as i layed down i was out..woke up this morning to the sound of the alarm on phone ..ready to go once again..

also finding it hard to ride outside..its warm enough today i could of done a morning ride..im thinkin its the convenience of having a trainer..an knowing i can ride anytime i choose..not really sure what is going on there..i do miss the morning ride and being out before anyone has drove a car or truck on the road..just the morning air..and the scents you can smell as you peddle past a house or a eating place..well when you go past an eating place it doesnt smell as great outside as it does inside im sure...an the fact that you can smell that eating place 2-3 blocks away..well...not that great of a smell..

the plan today is to ride..not sure if its gonna be inside or out..but im sure im gonna hear jimmiepop saying... LETS GO...GRINDTIME..MOVE IT..isnt that right jimmiepop...lol...would be nice to get another 25..id be over half way to my weekly ave..but will just have to see how the day goes..gonna cut grass today as well...its lookin like it needs it once again...

WELL...MIND IS CLEAR..COFFEE IS GONE..SO TIME TO GET UP AN GET TO MOVING AGAIN...HAVE A GREAT DAY...

just back from a morning ride..took off at 930am..not ideal time to ride..but wanted to get a morning ride in.. 11.8 mile ..68 min...so much traffic..should of left at 430am..have decided if i leave bike set up to ride outside..maybe i will want to ride more in the mornings..gonna give it a try...AND THANKS JIMMIEPOP...I DID THE GRIND TIME ON MY SADDLE TODAY...AND OUTSIDE...
