Woke at 205.6, down .2 from yesterday. I guess hovering right on my goal isn't too bad. Targeting about 1260 calories today to catch up a bit. But will not go hungry -- going to let my body guide me. UPDATE: Doesn't seem possible, but at 1.6 miles, I got even less exercise than I did yesterday. I was busy on the computer at work all day and then my friend Dennis came over laden with an Easter ham and all the fixings for us to refrigerate in anticipation of Sunday’s feast. He, Denise, and I then played a few games of Scrabble before he had to leave for his night job and I had to go back to work! Just finished up at midnight. I’ll get some steps in tomorrow. Another good day of eating and will continue calorie adjustments tomorrow.
