Woke at 202.6, down 1.8 from yesterday. Pretty good IF day yesterday, capped off with a large dinner. Went to bed at 8 pm as I could not keep my eyes open. I slept until 10 am this morning! I have been pretty tired going back to work and this proved I needed the sleep. I have a lot of writing to do this weekend but I will be sure to get my walking in as well. Have a wonderful weekend, everyone. UPDATE: Did got get all my walking in today, but did OK. Probably about 3.9 miles (8234 steps). I can’t say for sure on the miles because the stupid fitbit recorded 15.88 miles! It is definitely on the fritz (either my watch or the entire network). But it only affects the miles, so I’m OK on all other readings. Had a nice day of eating and probably a bit too much, but we’ll deal with it. Pre-bed weigh in shows the bulk of after-midnight snacking that will appear on tomorrow’s food log.
