Have to start logging food again. 5 pound gain over vacation and I still need to get down more anyway.

Training twice a week, dancing 2 or 3 times a week - maybe I will add some walking. Now I hope I don't have to shovel any more; that really took it out of me this week.

I got a free sample of the home delivery meals - I like them, but I think if I shop on my own near home I can spend less money and also avoid all the packaging which really depresses me. I have two gallon-sized freezer packs now that I don't know what to do with, from the fresh delivery. My trainer said maybe I should try it for a couple of months til I get back on track but that is not what I want based on the packaging. But I can get the menus and make the meals anyway.

So, back on track and bumping up the water and going to get some organic chicken to get me at the 500/500 cal carb/protein balance.

Looking forward to the weekend already with one more work-day to go. I am 40% Irish descent, so maybe I will take off 40% of tomorrow - Happy St. Pat's day to you all!

PS - had 2 little tacos for dinner and that might be why I am gaining weight: ate some candy while I was waiting for stuff to cook, swirled a lot of olive oil into the pan, also had 2 pieces of quiche for lunch, not really looking at the calories first. It will be a light day tomorrow, lots of lettuce!

Luck of the Irish to you Pat! Good thing the home delivery meals were free samples. Congrats on all your exercise. I too have put on 5 lbs. Crazy how that happens. Lol not happy about it either. We can do this!
