Good dinner tonight including a surprise piece of quiche. Did you ever try to eat the inside of a quiche away from the piecrust! LOL.

When I worked I often bought a quiche for my lunch and threw away all the pastry 😊

Looked really good. Never had quiche with pastry.

I only make quiche without the crust. You have to make my Yummy Spinach & Mushroom Pie when you get home. It's a bit of prep work but so nice when it's all done. Remind me to post the recipe again when you are home.
