Woke at 216.4, down 1.0 from yesterday after an 850 calorie IF day. Targeting 2150 calories today. Ate a massive breakfast as I needed to use up two eggs. Made two servings of almond meal microwave bread, one with a tablespoon of cocoa to make a chocolate muffin! Enjoyed that with cream cheese and then did one with PB&J. Half the day's calories are gone... waiting for a final call to ensure a bed is open and then heading into the hospital... all packed up and ready.

Thanks, Doobrie and Gwen! Just got the call. I have to be there at 2 pm and we get started at 3 pm. So doing my five mile walk before I leave!

OK update. so I made it here and they don't think they have a bed after all! They're rushing around frantically trying to find one. Worst case, we find a nice Valentines dinner restaurant on my way home!

What a crazy start to this hospital adventure. It's like saying you are all "dressed up with no where to go". Dinner out for Valentines Day sounds rather lovely to me. That is called making a silk purse out of a sow's ear. Great attitude!

Hi, Doobrie and Mom! Well, we are back home. But should be all set for tomorrow. We got hungry waiting for them to call us so we had a small lunch there. Now we are too full for dinner! So home and chilling...

Thanks, Mom! That's just what we did. Watched a few movies (well, I did... Denise rarely makes it through)! :) Thank you, April! Talk then! Hi, Deborah! Yes, I do 4:3 fasting. Four days at 2400 calories and three at 600 (at least for targets). I went over a bit yesterday (and today) so I will make it up tomorrow and the following day.
