Freezing rain and snow today. Hasn't snowed for a long time, but today my hubby has a pinched nerve in his back and extreme pain in his leg, and won't be able to shovel. Good thing I've been exercising lately, this will be my cardio and strength training today!

i wuld still be a bit cautious its very easy to injure when shoveling snow....

Luckily I have this very ergonomic shovel that's more of a scoop that I just have to push. And the snow was very light. I managed to do it without any residual pain this morning! Probably due to my morning exercising!
