Wow but you are rally low on calories. I heard that body has a safety mechanisms if you deprive it of calories for a long time it will stop losing fat and start losing muscle to cut down energy consumption to preserve itself as long as possible. From what I studied recently you should not have such a big deficit over a longer period of time. And this mechanism once activated it can be seen up to a year after. Be careful about that.

@jaro --> yeah I'm in a jump start mode this week. I try to end out each day at about 1700 cal which will give me about a 2-3 week loss of lbs. Tuesday will tell how I'm doing BF wise and if I'm on track. Thanks for the guidance!
