Here are my initial readings out of that SKULPT scanner I bought. Interesting stuff. I'm much leaner than I thought I was as it seems to read through the loose skin. Unless I'm fooling myself! LOL. I reached out to their help department to try to walk through some of these measurements. The interesting thing to me is the overall body fat reading of 20% when each individual area indicates less. My Tanita scale says between 15 and 16%. But I thought this was fascinating. No good answer on the seeming overall body fat discrepancy. But individual readings seem to be pretty true as my legs are definitely my most fit appendages and I do need to work on these spaghetti arms! LOL

I'm guessing that is from the iPhone version of the app? It has better overall visuals than the Android one but the colour choices of the Android app are clearer.

I found this so interesting I looked up Skulpt. Of course I didn't understand it...Now, how does it work? How does it take a reading? You do it yourself with your phone, right? But HOW does it do that? And when you say a 1500 calorie deficit each day do you mean you are eating/burning with -1500 calories? I looked at mine and on the best day I had a 1465 calorie deficit, but those are few and far between! I feel like a dummy but remember, I am also the one that thinks the syncing of FS to my Fitbit is like magic, lol!

Amazing! No, I won't be rushing out to buy one of these .... yet! LOL! I have too much weight to lose first. I think that Skulpt is just cool as can be, though. Have fun with that!
