Happy New Year! I am ready to get back on track - I know I have gained a pound or two and had a great time doing so, but time to get back to real life! Back on track recording what I'm eating as of today. Weigh in on Wednesday will see the damage I created over the holidays, which included my birthday yesterday and a the best chocolate cake in the world that my DD made. My plans are to cut it up and share it out today to friends, providing hubby will let me! DD is on WW, and sharing all her food choices on Instagram. Looks like fun, may join her with #fatsecret! Very nice turkey!!! Chocolate cake is the dream. Holidays always make it challenging for anyone's diet, so much good stuff. Diet will fluctuate and that's okay, we're human beings. Most importantly you enjoyed it. Happy Birthday.
