Woke at 224.4, down .2 from yesterday. Back on track today. With the high calories yesterday and Christmas day, I get 1017 today (even with a 42 calorie total from Monday). Fasted until dinner. UPDATE: Ate two big salads for dinner to finish at just over 1050 calories. Back on calorie goal for the month. Weighed 222.0 before dinner. Moving a lot of water this evening so should be lighter tomorrow.

Okay, this helps. Thanks! I haven't seriously counted calories in ages. I mean ... I have counted fat grams, points, and carbs.

No one could ever accuse you of slacking. You are one determined man!! Ha Ha! Going off low carb is always disastrous with rapid weight gain. I think the body gives up and just packs on water and fat as a defense mechanism. I have tried doing the macros, but haven't had the desire to really look at what I need to eat to fit them to my meal plan. I don't know why that particular idea (macros) is so hard for me to fathom. I will be counting calories, low carbs and 16:8 IF and it will have to do for me (right now).
