Lindart's Journal, 21 Dec 16

Instead of just "this is some of what I ate" and "this is exactly what I ate" I wish there was a "this is MOST of what I ate" box to check off! Some of what I ate makes me think that I didn't record very much, and of course, "exactly what I ate" means I was perfect that day, but "Most of what I ate" can mean yes I had a little taste here and there, or I couldn't find the nutritional values for one or two things, but this is most of what I ate. What do you think?

I just use the diary as an estimate but try to err on the side of eating less than their recommended amount. it would be hard to lose weight eating as many calories as FS suggests anyway
