Had an early appointment this morning, took 45 minutes to get there in the slush and snow, but made it just in time! Left the house with the promise to myself to have breakfast at Tim Horton's, which I did - English Muffin Breakfast Sandwich (no hash browns), It was quite tasty, and when I got home and recorded it, it was no different in calories that what I usually have, so that was great!It will be so much nicer when they start showing the calorie counts right on the menu in January!
