Finally got to the point where I'm tired of letting life interfere with my health. Making the necessary changes to eat & live healthier as well as lose the extra pounds.
73.0 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
