Woke at 222.6, down .4 from yesterday. Targeting 600 calories as I alternate 600 and 1600 calorie days this week to get back on my average calorie per day goal for November. UPDATE: According to new diet plan, didn't eat anything until after 5 pm and had some chicken wings. Sister Nancy is in town for a conference so enjoyed drinks at happy hour, then some cheese and salad when I got home. Weighed 220.8 coming in the door. Hit calorie and macro targets (mostly). More dinner-only action tomorrow.

Targets: 120 fat, 40 carb, 100 prot, 30 fib, 1500 sod, 1640 cals
Ate: 119 fat, 50 carb, 88 prot, 8 fib, 2053 sod, 1608 cals (3613 used, 2005 deficit)
Running avg: 120 fat, 72 carb, 107 prot, 1805 cals (2959 used, 1154 deficit)
