Draglist's Journal, 15 Nov 16

Woke at 223.0, down 3.8 from yesterday. Starting to move some water out. Have an executive breakfast this morning but will stick with eggs and meat. Veggies if available. Looking at converting to the 'Warrior Diet' for the second half of the month. One meal a day at dinner, but eating all my calories then. Sort of daily 22:2 IF with a 1600 calorie feast. UPDATE: Finished my morning event and came home early to telework. Got a nice 218.4 weigh in as the water continues to evaporate rapidly.

Hope the strategy works for you Bill...I tried it a while back but my willpower wasn't strong enough (I became a snack fiend). Hope your week and month ahead go well, take care!!

22:2 sounds pretty tough, I have a hard time doing 16:8 usually. Does the coconut oil fill you up? Usually fats for me don't fill me up too well.

Love that 80/20 rule! Glad to hear the fluid is finally starting to leave you. Yehaw! I wish you luck on the Warrior Diet. It might be easier for you than the 5:2 IF.

Oh, I think so too. With your work schedule and your play schedule ... it should be the best option for you. (Unless you take your crew out to lunch). If you like beef broth, I believe you can have that during your fast on the Warrior Diet.
