Woke at 228.4, down 1.2 from yesterday but that is no cause for celebration. I'm up 20 pounds from where I should be. Will be eating very light this weekend to try to flush out some water. UPDATE: Fasted until about 6 pm and had a light dinner. Did not weigh in again. Will do so tomorrow morning. Did my 600 calorie IF day because I blew past it yesterday! Will do about the same tomorrow and then again on Monday. Will be back on goal by then.
