Spoiling myself today with a day off. Trying to pay bills and clean up some tax papers and junk just lying around the living room. I am feeling much better after taking care of myself today!

You can do this. I'm challenging you to move today! I just took a craxy bike ride. Do ten to twenty minutes of something. Air jump rope, jog in place, jumping jacks.....and go!
