Woke at 216.8, up 1.0 from yesterday. Not too bad for the day after my first med drip this week. Targeting 600 calories today to round out the month. Have a great day! UPDATE: Yes! Just completed my last med drip -- for the first time since February I won't have to do that anymore. My son wanted to go to a diner so I ate my fast meal early. Didn't make it through my 16:8 IF (more like 14:10) and I went over 600 calories with a massive meat lovers omelet. But I have the wiggle room in my monthly calorie budget. It's all good! UPDATE: Did not eat another thing but slammed massive liquid so I'm over 220 at midnight! No doubt will be up many times tonight passing water. Looking forward to the morning weigh in. The 216.8 waking weigh in is just fine for today, thank you!
