Oh, gosh, where did the time go???? I have been busy visiting, hanging with family and going to parties!
My girls and I had Christmas lunch with their dad. It was a quiet day all around, nothing going on at night, though I think I was invited out somewhere. Cuts down on bad eating to stay in!
Saturday I went with my younger daughter to my mom's, for lamb - yum! Spent many hours hanging around with my brothers. I had to tell them all about my new toilet - it's amazing! Really. I love it. Well, PK said forget about flapperless - what they need in their New York City apartment is a Japanese thing that is a little sink on the tank lid that runs the water through a faucet before filling the tank to flush the toilet - basically, you wash your hands in the water that then goes to be used later as waste water. I didn't have a present for them, so I went home, looked on line for it, and bought it for them! They were so excited they told everyone about it at our cousins party the next day! Apparently they have been looking for just this item for 6 years. Anyway, that made my day that they were so happy.
I ate like there was no tomorrow unfortunately - up 2 pounds! Back to it this week!
