On Friday night we went to a wonderful restaurant. I had crab cakes as an app, and pork tenderloin with hot potato salad, and shared a creme brulee. I couldn't finish the pork, it was so much.
On Saturday night we went to another awesome restaurant, this time I had soup as an app - roasted red pepper and tomato - delicious, and a perfect sized main, which was only 4 black ravioli made from squid ink, with a white cream sauce. Beautful! i traded half of that for some Gnocci with my SIL, but it wasn't as good as mine. Shared a cheesecake with DH. Sunday was a pot luck at my niece's house - lots of awesome food such as quiche, smoked salmon, quinoa sald, and birthday cake. So I have no idea how all of this affected me, I will know on Wednesday. But I very rarely have such a full weekend! It was a blast!
