same gear on bike..goood mornin fs...todays ride was just a ride..wasnt about top speed or how many miles..was just riding my bike in the same speed and doing a ride..if i wanted to go faster..just like before shifts on bikes..i had to peddle faster..stayed in same gear for the whole 11.45 miles..so was glad it was a lower gear..thought alot about having the pizza hut pizza..i didnt have it to cheat on my low carb diet..actually i was thinkin it might cause my body to think o boy hes going back to eating an bad habits...instead i paid for it by hurting really bad in my knees yesterday most of the first half of the day..towards end of the day was starting to feel better...one of them lessons you should of thought more about before picking up the phone..

stats for ride today
11.45 miles
13.8 top speed
10 ave speed
1.06 time

monthly stats
278.51 miles for month
20 days i rode
5 days it was rainin when i normally ride
6 days i was tired, sinuses, or just took off

since ive started doing the one hour hit rides im more consistent with sticking to riding every day..so the plan is to try an have more miles at end of next month..keep tryin to do better...

coffee is done..time to feed face an get back into fasting mode once again..have a great sunday everyone..

Too bad about your knees. Glad they are feeling better. Consistency is the key. Soon it will be second nature. You won't have to think about doing it you just will.

Pain is a great motivator to do the right thing. Don't pick that phone up. I think that you have to start preparing you own food at home. Then you know exactly what you are eating. Glad to hear your knees are better.
