Having swelling in left foot. Getting blood work today....Knew I had gained weight. Been in a quantity relapse. All started with a party we had where we had tons of delicious vegan food back in March...Took that first bite..set off the phenomenon of craving triggered for me always by flour, sugar and quantity. Back on straight and narrow now. Thank goodness for disciplined spouse, long distance walking and vegan food plan. Otherwise damage would have been way worse. Dianne recovered (mostly) non purging bulimic. Still world class overeater.
