So, my weight has been stuck for days even though I'm doing the Beast Challenge and only eating one meal a day. Perhaps there are too many carbs in that one meal. Anyway , I'm sticking with it. Every time I think about eating out of turn, I remember that I need to stay true to the challenge. So, that commitment is working. I'm sure I'll see a drop again soon. Sigh......... It's been a challenging week at work. I work with Juvenile Offenders, but are they the problem? Not really it's my bosses! Lol. Stress makes us fat!
