I am not getting enough sleep. Focus for the next 10 days: 7 hours of sleep minimum, goal of 8 hours per night. Water - must get contrainer and drink all day. Goal is 64 ounces per day in addition to regular coffee intake.
I am really tired today - too much candy and soda last night at the dance, and then too much tv. I am counting the minutes to when I can go home from work and take a nap.

I take Melatonin for sleep but one side effect that is unwanted is bizarre dreams that are very vivid, but for me to sleep soundly is better - it gives one better health long-term...
